overnight delivery is a joke

Tracking nr *** was sent ont the 1st i paid R99 for overnight today is the 4th and no package. Yesterday after 5pm you write on your site attempted delivery nobody attempted any delivery because like an idiot i am sitting home all day waiting one would think that you would deliver it first thing today seeing you are so slow i might as well just have used the post office. I want that package this morning as i am not satisfied with your sercvice. If the driver runs out of time then deliver it after hours and pay him overtime. I will never use aramex again. Uti is way better with them i dont need to complain and threaten and throw tantrums to get my package!!! I would like a reply via my email [Email Removed]
