Overnight Delivery - All lies

I posted a parcel from Pretoria to Groblersdal on the 23rd of September. Overnight delivery. Today is the 30th of September the parcel still hasn't arrived. This is happening a lot with with my parcels. I phoned Aramex Pretoria and Limpopo but all they do is promise to get back to me. I have been supporting Aramex but this is really getting to me and I doubt I'll be using their services anymore. Totally disappointed with their dishonest staff aswell
