overcharged and neglected by aramex global shopper

This is my first review on Hello Peter. I am a frist time client of Aramex Global Shopper, had a parcel delivered from USA to SA. The parcel arrived today and it weighs 15kg. From the beginning aramex has charged me for 30kg.

Aramex global shopper claims that they charge in real weight, not in volumetric weight. This is a blatant lie and they should go to court for this!!!

I logged several complaints via email while the parcel was still on the way, because I knew it weighed 15Kg. They did not get answered. I am deeply and utterly disgusted and disappointed!
