Overcharge on Delivery & No Feedback

<p>My order had a shipping cost of R294. This is due to the weight, that they say is 1.20lb</p> <p>This package came from Amazon, and if you have a at their shipping weight, it is only 0.95lb. Aramex should only be charging R195.00.</p> <p>I have resorted to paying the full price so that I could get my delivery, but to date no reply to my emails (Ref# JNB/0717/9659 ), and I gave up after waiting 10 minutes to talk to Clinton in operations.</p> <p> </p> <p> Still no one can let me know why there is a difference in Amazons weight to Aramex , or is this a honest mistake?</p>
