Overall good service

I was skeptical when I saw all the bad reviews, honestly the service was good, I was kept up to date on my shipment throughout. I made a call to their dispatch office requesting minor changes to the delivery address and the receptionist I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. 4 STARS
