Over promise and under deliver - Package not delivered as communicated.
On 12 December 2019 a package was dropped at Pick n Pay, Strubenvale, Springs to be delivered to Montana, Pretoria. Today, 17 December 2019 at 08:15 I received a notification stating: "Dear ***, your shipment, DBP**** is out for delivery. Please expect delivery before 12h00. Aramex South Africa." The website also stated: "17 Dec 2019 05:55 AM Pretoria, South Africa - Shipment is out for delivery. It is now 19:00 PM and I still did not receive any delivery. I have been at the address the entire day waiting, but yet nothing. What happened to your promise of "before 12H00"? Or did you perhaps meed midnight? Then there might be some hope yet that I will receive the package....

17 Dec 2019, 21:01Aramex Suid-Afrika now also employ drivers that patently lie on their reports. The website has been updated at 20:29 to indicate "Attempted delivery - customer not available - delivery rescheduled". This is untrue and completely unacceptable behaviour. The delivery address is my residence and I have been present the entire day. I would appreciate immediate action to be taken.
