Over promise and under deliver

On the 9th January 2019 @ 14h09 I received a call from Wain from Aramex to confirm delivery address for my son's home school books from Impaq.. He said I will received it by Thursday the 10th January 2019..on the 11th and the 13th January I went to Shell City N1 Welgemoed LEEU GAMKA where the parcel should be and there was nothing.. I followed up with Impaq for tracking number and according to Annelize the lady I spoke to at Impaq that parcel was send out the 3rd January 2019.. Yesterday from 9h36 till 13h28 I phoned Aramex couriers and hold on every time not less than 8min or was cutt off an call from their side and I gave all my contact details as well.. Again this morning I phoned spoke to a Elize lady gave again the tracking number.. Same as yesterday please hold on and after 11min of holding. On I put down my phone.. It cost me a pretty penny 12 calls from yesterday and today and still I don't know where are the school books but while holding on for ever and a day they over promise their delivery time.. Well from my side nothing to be proud of and NO GOOD delivery time nor customer services.. Bad courier service I ever dealt with will not recommend them to any one.
