Over charged for shipment.

So I received my shipment ***, you guys charged me for 38KG shipping when my real amount was not even close to that. When checking the attachments for the packages I received we can clearly see the following weights: 4.09KG 2.21KG 6.01KG I requested a reweight some time back however got no feedback. I paid over R11k for shipping because it showed according to you guys my total weight was 38KG which it is not even close to that. Based on your calculator the total weight of my package should come to 4,191.00 ZAR however you guys chagred me 11,941.00 ZAR. Someone names Isabel advised me that they will reweight it and we will get feedback via email but nothing. Now we received the packages I requested an update and they said I need to weigh these myself when things have already been mostly sold so they ****** me and now there is no way to fix it when I requested them to check this. I hope you enjoy robbing people by making the weight so much compare to what it actually is. Can you share the full calculation that shows this was 38KG's.

I got the pictures that you guys attached to my account which included the weights, so please advise how your pictures contradict your charges please.
