Over a week, no Delivery

I am so disappointed. I couriered a present locally in Durban. I dropped it off at the Gateway Checkers store on Tuesday 26th, only was picked up at the store on the 28th. Mind you, it's supposedly 24 hours. Till today it's hasn't been delivered. The tracking shows it's in the Durban North Depot. No movement.
