Outlying Area (NOT)

I shop from Faithful to Nature (FTN) every month - my complaint is not with them, their service is wonderful - my complaint is with the courier Aramex.<br> <br> FTN is based in Cape Town so the courier collects the goods there. They then proceed to take it to JHB. They then use a third party courier to deliver the goods to me - in Klerksdorp (a city just below Potchefstroom on the map). This takes about 3 working days (if I'm lucky) AFTER it has arrived in JHB.<br> <br> Now to my knowledge, the best route to JHB from CT is RIGHT THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF TOWN IN KLERKSDORP. Yet on their system it is labeled an OUTLYING AREA (are you kidding me?)<br> <br> Why do I have to wait how many extra days for my delivery when the courier LITERALLY DRIVES PAST MY HOUSE on the way to JHB???<br> <br> Either explain this to me so it makes sense (because your call center can't) or fix it.<br> <br> <br> <br>
