Order stucked in customs

I don’t understand why SHEIN is still associated with Aramex.SHEIN gonna loose Custumers because of Aramex poor service delivery.it’s been a week now my package is stucked at customs I sent them an email then they sent me the invoice of pending customs payments with no banking details I don’t know how I am supposed to pay the custums they ain’t responding to my emails
