I ordered a wig on the 28/11/2023 and on 06/12/2023 I got an email and SMS from Aramex saying I need to pay customs of R184 via the link which and now 4 days later, no communication or feedback. Now I get an email saying I owe R172 in customs! How? I already paid on the 6th. I need my wig delivered please!
