Order not being delivered

So I orders some products on the Clinique SA website, they use Aramex to make their delivery. The following day I get a message saying my order has rech my destination Aramex facility (East London, which is literally 45 minutes away from me). 3 days later I get a call from someone from. Aramex telling me that the box of my parcel has opened, he asked if they should still deliver it for me to confirm whether all contents are in the box, if not the driver would take them back and I would file a complaint or whatever. This all was last week, I am still waiting for the order to come, when I contact Aramex, they said my order would arrive today, but the package still hasn't. The annoying thing about this whole ordeal is that I have to be home to confirm the contents of the box so I can't just let anyone receive the package on my behalf. So I have been staying in the house for the past 3 days AL for nothing. No one picks up when you call, they take forever to respond on whatsapp, Twitter and the online chat thingy on their website. I am honestly so frustrated as I have to be somewhere tomorrow and can't sit here and wait for them to deliver my package
