***** or Incompetence ?

I am fuming mad right now !!

I just found out that I have been billed PPX instead of DPX for around 15 or so parcels the past 3 years. PPX is allot more expensive. I logged it in as DPX.

I also found out that having an account there which I do means that you pay double the price than using Click-way. Insanity !! I also see that Fedex offer the same delivery service for half the price.

Not only have Aramex been ripping me off they have been billing me incorrectly! If this is not blatant ******** ***** then its massive incompetence.

As far as their collection and deliveries go I cannot criticize them on that, that has been good, although some tracking numbers do not always get scanned as delivered which is a issue.

I also find their customer service really really bad !!
