Open Aramex packet and cut open item's original packaging

Today I received my package from Aramex. It was in the typical red and white (branded) Aramex plastic bag. It was sealed. However, it had a hole. I took a photo as proof.

Then the actual package as sent from overseas in - in a white bubble envelope - via Aramex Global Shopper, was opened. I took a photo of this one too. This bubble envelope had a clean straight cut on the sellotape that was used to seal it, in addition to the adhesive that it comes with. It's like someone took scissors or a box cutter to it.

I do not only find this unacceptable but totally irresponsible.

This is not customer service. It is certainly not the service I expect for the money I paid.

Two packaging containers … and both opened, somehow!!!!! This means that at the end of the day I could have received an empty packet because the nature of the item in the package is such that it could have easily slipped out of both the cut envelope and the hole in the Aramex packet. In which case I highly doubt they would have replaced my lost goods.

I actually don't want to give this a one star rating. This service deserves no rating/star at all.
