OPEM PARCEL

I wanted 2 parcels delivered to East London from Weltevreden park Gauging containing Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. When the parcels were delivered the driver had an completely open sleeve and a closed sleeve and told my daughter " if something is missing get hold of Amarex". Well needless to say half if the package was gone. Christmas gift wrapped in Christmas paper and bubble wrap was opened. Clothing items gone. 1 bag of chocolates gone. 1 bag of chocolate half empty. Packet of costume jewelry 3/4 of it missing. 15 face masks which I made out of a batch of 25 is also missing. I contacted customer service who told me it would be sent to the investigating department. No contacted me. Sent a mail got a reference no. No correspondence to date. However aramex still sends messages to rate their service. Besides ruining my granddaughters christmass present and my financial loss you just do not get any communication from them. I am so angry at the service from them. May the person (s) who stole the items be proud of themselves.
