Only send things with Aramex that you dont want the other person to actually receive...

Ordered from bidorbuy. All great. Sender sent parcel via Aramex. Aramex picked it up. As per website tracking, OVERNIGHT parcel arrived at depot 05.08.2021. Did not go out for delivery on 06.08.2021. No one knows why. Sent in 2 complaints on website. 06.08.2021, I got 1 e mail back stating deliveries to my area will commence again on 10.08.2021. 07.08.2021, I got a call from a lovely lady who promised my parcel will be here 10.08.2021, before 12. Well, still nothing. No sms, call, whatsapp, please call me from driver, nothing. No follow up from office. But wait, it gets better!!! My complaints have been closed, not resolved but they saw fit to close them anyway. Logged another complaint at 12.40. It is now 13.00. Still nothing. I suppose we just wait with heldbreath, crossed fingers, toes and legs and see?
