Aramex has the worst service ever ,for weeks now am still awaiting communication from them with regards to my SHEIN order , they have delayed delivery, no communication or what’s so ever. You call and no one answers , you send a message via Facebook and their robo response takes you no where . Tracking still shows it’s at the same place for 3weeks now. Their service is horrible , unprofessional and could never ever use their service even if it was the last one available. Am so irritated. Those items were meant to be for Xmas . Now we in the New year Still nothing from them and yet they say their service is available 24/7 (utter *******)and misleading to customers

They actually deserve no star at all , just I couldn’t proceed without putting one.
