Not the courier to count on

We ordered sneakers from Angel_ Collections1 and they used Aramex and yesterday 1 August 2022 their delivery guy **** that we were not available at home yet we're, they never called, they didn't ting the intercom.i called them asking about the package as I was worried that we would not receive it on time and the lady I called said they will make sure we get the package today.The delivery guy then buzzed my daughter she returned the call he dropped it, she called 5 times and I called him as well he dropped the phone four time on me and I had to contact Aramex again and I was told that he will be in our area around 2 or 3 we waited.I then received a call from Aramex telling me that the vehicle has been hijacked and that they are sorry there is nothing they can do we to talk to the sender, that was that.our package was lost all we got was a sorry.the shop we ordered from didn't even care as well,we paid fir sneakers that we never received.Money is gone just like that. I have a so many bad experiences with Aramex
