Not so overnight

I use Aramex drop box sleeves on a regular basis, about 5 times a month on average. But now I'm in big trouble with a cutomer. I dropped the parcel on Wednesday afternoon in Johannesburg, sending it to Heidelberg, Gauteng. The customer should have received the parcel by Friday, as he needed the parts for the weekend. I am now probably facing a situatuation where I will need to refund the customer.

I will have to look at alternative courier companies now. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!
