Not so Mary-like Maria!

Shock of my life when I made my second call (follow-up) to Aramex this morning. I initially called regarding a parcel activity that didn’t correspond with factuality; on the website it’s stated that they “phoned”, which never happened. That was sorted in the first conversation. Second call was only made to respond to an *** that was missed. If I’d known Maria would be the Customercare person to pick up, I never would’ve answered. She dismisses my reason for calling while I’m explaining the reason for the call and furthermore wants me to listen to all this gibberish she is trying to sell to me. Eventually I tell her that all of that has nothing to do with my calling, I don’t have time for that. I explain why I had called, Maria hangs up on me.

CallCentre Maria who was at work, with no understanding that customers could too be at work, call the *** number because of a valid query. Who has airtime and time to waste on anyone? Aramex, PE, your Maria misrepresented you in the most disgusting manner. Makes me realise that if I’ve any parcels delivered to any of my PE family, I need to keep away from your service.
