Not Promised Service

I have sent a parcel on Monday 8 Feb 2021 which should be taking 3 days maximum from Joburh to King Williamstown. Today is the 12th Feb 2021 on a Friday and the parcel has not arrived where it should be going. The online chat services has been investigating since yesterday and no feed back till now. Mind you in choosing Aramex l was running away from other companies taking longer than 3 days and ofcourse cost less than Aramex. I however find myself now receiving a poor expensive service with no reason whatsoever of where the parcel is and why is was not delivered. Moreover as if that is not enough, l sent other parcels on Wednesday well on time and they were not collected as per the promise of collecting everyday of the working days, those parcels will not reach their destinations as they should have by yesterday or latest today. DBP*** - l would appreciate a refund as the kind of service is not what has been promised me. DBP*** AND DBP*** the parcels collected a day later and am made to believe that l dropped them after the collection came and yet no courier guys came to collect from the store. The service is really deteriorating especially parcels destined for the Eastern Cape there is always something untoward.
