Not overnight as paid for, Wallet Refund

We Booked and paid for overnight services on Sunday 2 Feb 2025, Parcel was collected Monday, we expected the parcel to be there Tuesday, but being reasonable we waited till Wednesday, it is now Thursday, and the parcel is yet to be delivered, If you can't do overnight Aramex, then don't put it as an option, we paid for it overnight because we wanted overnight, so you can refund my wallet the difference now, since we are in the econo time frame and not overnight time frame any more. My brother to whom it was sent is self-employed and he can't sit around till you "get to it" We paid R154.56 for this service and it is now day 3 and not delivered (excluding Monday when it was collected already) please credit my wallet with R57.96, since this is out of the overnight time frame.
