Not even worth 1 star.

After I phoned to find out what happend to my parcel and the customer service lady informed me that it was send to them in error and had been rerouted to where ever and i told her that her response is not good enough she told me that I am rude. Well she must not be in customer service because she can not crasp the fact that I paid for services not rendered. So when i asked to speak to a manager I were told to speak to Elton - which to my surprise promised my package will be delivered the same day or the next day. Should have known!! A no show! Thank you Aramex for your zero service as this is a Christmas present that were not delivered!!
