Not delivering parcel.

A parcel which was supposed to be delivered in Gauteng ends up in George. The excuse we keep getting is that Covid-19 is delaying everything. Please explain how Covid-19 can make one so *********** that they can not read addresses. Also I doubt that Covid-19 has infected one of the staff that handled that part of the delivery stage. If this is not sorted out with in 5 working days. This will be escalated.
