Not delivering my package

I’m so disappointed with Aramex South Africa delivery services, my parcel was couried using express on the 28th of December and it’s the 7th of Jan 2026 today, but I keep getting updates that the customer was not available and no one has called me for the delivery, nothing from them just the “your order is out for delivery today” and later on an update which says that the customer was not available, which cannot be true since no one is calling me for the delivery!!!!!
