Not a trustworthy courier service.

Aramex was put in charge of delivering my international purchase and its been more than a month since they've had my parcel and I've yet to receive it. Each time I call them I get the same story of how they are checking up on why I haven't received it and that they will get back to me on what is the progress and so far there's been no new information. They provide no solid reasoning for their delays and their customer care is frustrating to use. They are not a trustworthy courier service.
