Not a serious or commited company.

I strongly advice against businesses to partner with Aramex SA or use their services to deliver to customers. For years I had been purchasing products from another company I respect and admire, but due to obvious reasons (2021) I am no longer allowed to collect the product from them myself, so they used Aramex to deliver.

The package arrived at my local Aramex facility two days ago - meaning it passed sorting, facility transfer, it's now just sitting there near close to where I am based and waiting to be delivered to my door. It was expected to be delivered one day ago. Today I just got a response from their customer support that it will arrive in another two days' time. That makes it FIVE days later than their estimated time.

Aramex South Africa in particular, are not people who take their job seriously.
