Not a reliable company to handle international shipments

Aramex's customs clearance is one of the most appalling systems I have ever dealt with from a logistics company. They are inconsistent, there is no coherence with their company as a whole: I would call and be told that my parcel has cleared customs then receive an email getting told that I would be sent an invoice. I was then told that customs in Joburg and in Durban have different standards, this not only makes absolutely no sense, but it reeks of *******ity. The worst part is that I can never get any consistent answers across the board for what their actual system is. I recommend trying a different logistics company for international shipments
