Not A Happy client

You guys suck and your services are extremely poor, we pay for overnight services and this is the bull**** we get. I was expecting my parcel on Tuesday its Friday already no communication or whatsoever. I am disappointed and I want the whole world to stop using your services. I have requested a call back from Senior management and I am still waiting.
