Not a great delivery team

I waited the whole of Monday for Aramex to deliver my order to my BnB inn Stellnbosch. I contacted Talent on messenger to be told it would be delivered some time Monday. I went on the tracking system and the log said I hadn’t been available at 17.05 to receive parcel. Which is incorrect because I waited all day.

After communicating with the company sending the parcel it was delivered today Tuesday at 11. When I spoke to the driver he said they hadn’t tried to deliver it!!
