NOT A GOOD COURiER COMPANY!!!

I am disappointed. I can see now why this company has such bad reviews. My order from Cape Town reached the Jhb depot last Sunday according to their tracking system. Today, Friday q2 December they are still looking for the parcel. How does this happen and how can reputable companies keep using them?

I was told on Wednesday that my request for an update would be escalated and that a consultant would call me within the next couple of hours, I called in the morning. No call until Tbursday. On Tbursday they called me and said they had found the parcel and that I could collect it. Is that the form? What happened to delivery? They said they coukd deliver the item today. I told them I Needed to gift the item today. They said, no problem, they would get night shift to deliver between 6pm and 8pm. Lies, lies, lies!!!

They claim their calls.are recorded, why has nothing happened? They clain you can track your parcel...Great, especially when you can see its been sitting on the Depo for 5 working days now and have not been able to allocate it....what good is that?

I am gutted. Please dont use them.
