None delivery

It has been 5 days now and my parcel has been stuck on "Processing" and now my issue is that this will affect my business as the deadline for submission of my company documents is in 1 day away... Parcel cannot be located by Aramex SA.

I am never using them ever again... The value of the contract i am submitting is too much.
