Nonchalant attitude

I am always amazed at the nonchalant attitude of this company. My Amazon order went through customs and the status has been "The package is on its way to our Aramex facility" since the 24th @ before lunchtime. That's almost a week. It's been travelling from OR Tambo to some facility in Joburg longer than leaving a US warehouse and arriving in Joburg. Just amazing to me. I'm in Joburg, the package is in Joburg. How much longer would it be had I been in remote areas one wonders. Anyway this has happened in the past and I used to let it go but this not great.
