Non existing service

Aramex doesnt even deserve a one and they dont even respond or call you back after a complaint. Everyone use to warn me against them but I didnt listen, my parcel is at a outlet since Monday because they dont see the need in picking it up. I dont even have words the way Im utterly upset not just at the bad service but it seems like management dont care about their clients are they just have more complaints then compliments who knows. I will make sure that non of the companies that I am connected to will usw your service ever again thats a promise.
