Non Existent Service from Aramex SA

I am atually very disappointed with Aramex. I made a purchase from the UK in December 2019. I have been actually waiting for months for this package. I have made 52 Phone calls in three months, sent emails to their so called non existent Customer service as it states that a response time is 24-48 Hours, it has now been 10 Days and I have not heard from them. I cannot re-purchase this Item as it is no longer available.

I need my package and they just dont seem to be bothered.
