Non existent service!!!!

The service of this company is non existent. I ordered from SHEIN and was sent an email regarding the customs amount. With no banking details furnished. I responded to said email only for my emails to be bounced. I obtained other email addresses for aramex in the hope it would get their attention. My emails are blocked alternatively bounce back. I now have my delivery that is God knows where and I'm unable to get ahold of this company. I've messaged them on Facebook and Instagram. Even a star rating is too much. I will be taking legal action if my products are unable to be delivered and if I inucr further charges.
