Incompotent and non-existent service

I use their Global Shopper service so I can order a few things from ebay in the US, but it's pointless, as things just take ages to arrive in SA, and then sit in customs indefinitely.

Impossible to get anyone to assist or look into it, so I've paid customs and shipping, but no parcel after a month

Avoid like the plague
