Non-existent Customer Service

For the last week I have been battling to get any resolve on where my parcel is and when I will receive it. I have wasted so many of my minutes phoning only to be on hold for 15 minutes + and then cut off. The service is disgusting and I am very unhappy. Still no idea what is happening with my parcel.
