Non-delivery of parcel

Non-delivery of parcel DBP***

Parcel was posted on 30 June from a main centre and to a main centre so should be overnight delivery. It’s now the 5th July and no delivery yet !!

Why was the client not contacted when these deliveries were failed or rescheduled ? Why was I not notified so that I could communicate with my client ?

I am extremely disappointed in the poor service and lack of communication.
