Non delivery of parcel as promised

Saying I am angry will be an understatement. I am so furious with aramex driver. On Friday I was informed that my parcel will be delivered on 13 May 2022, I waited the whole day and nothing came. It was later recorded on the tracking web side that there was not one, which is not true. Today, 16 May the tracking was updated again that delivery will be done today, 16 May 2022.i waited again the whole day nothing, I even phoned customer service and was put on hold for more that 60 minutes trying to get hold of the driver to know his whereabouts. I wonder what will he say tomorrow. Why should we wait for so long for our parcels and still not get proper communication? You are becoming a useless coming day by day.
