Non delivery of parcel

Good day, I contacted your East London offices on Wednesday re my parcel and I was told it is out for delivery and to date I have not received my parcel. This is absolutely pathetic poor service as it surely does not take this long to deliver my parcel. Im not interested in your internal logistics and excuses as this is not acceptable to be as the client . I will escalate this to your executive management as well as the person to whom I spoke to on Wednedday said you handed my parcel to a third party delivery company which is none of my business as you as Aramex where given the parcel to deliver and Im not interested also about your third party delivery company as you are respondisble to deliver my parcel. Failure to deliver this to me by 17:00 I will also go to social media besides escsalating this to your executive management.
