Non delivery of package

My package was supposed to be delivered on the 26th of May, it now the 27th of May after hours still no package. I contacted Aramex today was promised the package will be delivered before the end of the day. They are expensive and unreliable do not use Aramex. Tomorrow I will have to search for my package.
