Non-Delivery of my package..

Hi I want to complain about the very bad service from Aramex - My parcel has been stuck at the JHB warehouse now since 8 Dec 2025 - I've tried to get hold of Aramex though their Whatsapp chat, but they just cut me off... how do I get my package... this is unacceptable and now I am going on holiday and can't get my delivery from tomorrow... Sjit service... Unacceptable
