Non delivery- Horrible service

I received an sms at 9am stating that my parcel will be delivered before 5pm, at 4pm i contacted their customer care, i was told the driver attempted to call me i told the agent i did not receive a call from them as i was waiting for the parcel , i confirmed the number and it was not my number and not the number they texted me on to confirm delivery . i spoke to their manager Siyabonga Ntanjana who told my order will be delivered between after hours, i did not receive my order and mostly likely it will be delivered next week. After several attempts to contact the manager he told me their vehicle was involved in an accident and he would try to deliver on saturday, day after said accident. this is very unprofessional and downright disrespectful.
