Non-delivery for overnight service paid for

Yesterday morning I paid for a Aramex overnight delivery to Cape Town. The parcel has not arrived this morning as it was sent to VAAL TRIANGLE.

This is pathetic service as you paid for overnight service and it does not arrive, and I urgently need the envelope for my 2PM meeting this afternoon. This is not on and I could have use a cheaper courier service and I would have had my parcel now already.
