Non delivery and customer communication

I ordered something from Amazon and it was due for delivery on the 19th January 2024. To my surprise when I track the parcel late Friday afternoon it shows as delivery was attempted but customer was unavailable. I later contacted them via WhatsApp and it showed the address was missing the complex name which I then provided. Today the 22nd January they still have not delivered or updated the information so the latest update says they tried delivering but client was not available. No call was attempted to confirm and verify if indeed I am not home.
