Non delivery

<p>Regarding AWB ********** 8330, payment was done and confirmed last week friday, delivery was expected yesterday, monday 27/02/2016 however I call the customer service line today to be told that package is still in Johannesburg and their operations dont know why !!!!!!!! </p> <p>I have clients awaiting orders who are now cancelling.</p> <p> </p> <p>I switched all my business shipping to Aramex but am now going seek alternate couriers. Pathetic service !</p>
