Non delivery

Our shipment was sent off from Limpopo to Jhb on the 5th of this month and till today I havent received my parcel.When ever I call Them they promise to deliver Asap and say it was an address error.on Friday I got a call from them saying they are on their way to my place. and till today there is nothing from these people...I gat to say this is the most useless courier services company ever as we have tried communicating with them numerous times using different methods and they promise to get back to us but still nothing! Im even wondering if they will deliver this year cos We needed the parcel weeks back! I hope this company sorts this **** out and deliver my parcel which was fully paid for!
