Non-delivery

The East London branch can't keep delivery promises. Promised to deliver on Friday 13th but did not do so. After being contacted on Friday 13th April 2018 about non-delivery then promised to deliver before 10h00 am on Saturday 14th of April 2018 but did not do so. Contacted them at around 11h00 on Saturday 14th April 2018 about non-delivery and was promised parcel would be delivered before 12h00 on Saturday 14th April. They did not do so.
